Dr. Liza Egbogah, B.Sc., D.C.
Dr. Liza is a Doctor of Chiropractic, graduating with Summa Cum Laude and Clinic Honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also holds a Pharmacology degree with distinction from the University of Alberta and is a Myofascial [muscle] release provider and certified personal trainer. Dr. Liza also has extensive experience consulting with senior executives and political leaders on health matters and stress reduction strategies.
Dr. Liza offers talks and workshops at athletic clubs and corporate offices in the Greater Toronto Area and has a keen interest in healthy workplaces and corporate wellness. Dr. Ken Nakamura, D.C.
Dr. Ken Nakamura is a Doctor of Chiropractic, graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. He attended York University where he studied Biology, then completed post-graduate training in medical and traditional acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. Dr. Nakamura was selected as the attending chiropractor at Judo Ontario tournaments, and was chosen as the British Team Chiropractor for the European Veterans Athletic Championships. He has extensive experience in sports injuries, and ergonomics.
Dr. Nakamura provides on-site ergonomic assessments to patients to improve work stations, and minimize repeated aggravation.
Dr. Nakamura has fourteen years experience in a multidisciplinary clinic and three years in rehabilitation. He established and continually refines his "Program of Care" to improve results for his patients. Personalized and evidence-based treatment include acupuncture, rehabilitation, chiropractic adjustments, myofascial [muscle] release techniques, custom orthotics and modalities like laser and micro-current. During the "Program of Care" a select few exam results are repeated, at the beginning and end of each visit, to determine treatment-day improvements. These improvements then help establish personalized treatments to compare with re-examinations later on, or used as a basis for referral when needed.

Phillip Howell is a Physiotherapist graduating from the University of Toronto. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Phillip earned an Honours degree in Human Kinetics with a Psychology minor from the University of Windsor.
Phillip continues to develop his assessment and treatment skills through research and course-based learning. He has earned a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture certificate from the University of McMaster and is currently pursuing his Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy levels though the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Phillip uses a functional holistic assessment and treatment style that identifies the complex nature of each individual's pain experience. Through a detailed interview and assessment process, Phillip indentifies factors contributing to musculoskeletal pain and movement disorders. Through a combination of Neurofunctional Electro-acupuncture, soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, corrective exercise and stretching, he is able to effectively and efficiently address physical dysfunction.Phillip takes great pride in his craft and providing clients with the best care possible.

Dr Mary-Claire Seitz ND, is a dedicated and patient focused Naturopathic Doctor. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) where she completed an intensive four-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program. Beforeembarking on her journey to become a naturopathic doctor, Mary-Claire earned a B.A. in psychology from Wilfred Laurier University. Dorian is a registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner [OMPT] who has worked in Paris, France. He graduated from the CEESO [Centre Europeen d'Etudes Superieures en Osteopathie]. He completed multiple internships in French hospitals during his training. Before and after training he took the opportunity to expand his therapeutic experices by working as an osteopath with athletes in various sports [soccer, roller skating, dance company].
Dorian uses non-invasive manual techniques to restore balance to the whole system (mind, body and spirit) encouraging the self-healing process. She uses more of a therapeutic and sports therapy approach incorporating deep tissue massage with PNF techniques.
